On June 8th, the deputy general manager of CHMC Mr. Wang Weiguo joined the vice president of EDC Doctor Chulasa in the high-level regular monthly meeting for the Cambodia Project. The working personnel in charge of all Cambodia projects and the main leaders in various departments of EDC attended the meeting. Set up in September 2019, the high-level regular meeting system of CHMC for Cambodia project continued nonstop until in January 2020 when the COVID-19 erupted. It is the first time for the resumption of the regular monthly meeting since the outbreak of COVID-19.

Mr. Wang Weiguo pointed out that since the outbreak of COVID-19, while having pandemic preventive measures in place, CHMC had never lowered its guard in project execution by providing the most quality product and service possible to users with a full project team.

Doctor Chulasa said CHMC had always been the most trustworthy and reliable partner of EDC, especially in the pandemic, CHMC not only ensured having the pandemic under control and carrying out the project as scheduled without any delay in pushing forward the construction of electrical project in Cambodia. In the most trying times of the pandemic in Cambodia, CHMC donated the medical resources urgently needed to EDC. Both the stable supply of electricity and the expectation the EPC team has fully lived up to in project construction contributed to strengthening of friendship of both parties.

During the meeting, comprehensive exchanges were conducted concerning the project execution by both parties and the working objective in the next phase was also settled.
