Recently, the hot test of the 63MN hot die forging press for Chongqing Dajiang was completed by Erzhong Equipment.

According to technical requirements of the equipment contract, this hot test had been ongoing for eight hours, when parameters including bearing bush temperature, slide block start stop angle and clutch intake and exhaust curve were tested. The test result has shown the stable equipment with various technical data meeting requirements of the technical contract, which was received with adulation of the client.  

It is worth mentioning that in the process of the designing of the hot die forging press, the team members of electrical design has sought to upgrade the technology of the traditional project in two aspects, increasing intelligent smart-power data collection for touch screen software for achieving real-time display of power consumption, power factor, current and voltage and adding real-time display of crank axle angle for making a more friendly operator interface. These newly added functions can meet more requirements of the client in a better way, which is conducive for the further development of hot die forging press of Erzhong Equipment.

The successful hot test of the 63MN hot die forging press for Chongqing Dajiang has created favorable condition for installation and adjustment of the equipment on the field site of the user at the next step.
