Recently, the settled breadth machine for Mexico Ternium 2050 hot continuous rolling project collaboratively developed by Erzhong Equipment (one of manufacturing subsidiaries of SINOMACH-HE) and Chengdu Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. (one of trade subsidiaries of SINOMACH-HE) has passed joint inspection. In order to achieve success of this joint inspection, CHMC and Erzhong Equipment have made close collaboration in preparation for the inspection work.

Accompanied by Japan PTJ project manager, the project chief of SINOMACH-HE and other relevant project members, the client representative made joint inspection on the assembly site of the project. About 600 tons of fittings such as rack, outside block, inside block, eccentric shaft and pinch roll of settled breadth machine as well as over 120 tons of flying-sheer drums were included in the joint inspection. The processing, assembly and precision control of these fittings were rated as the most difficult among metallurgical equipments. The quantity of relevant fittings and the difficulty of their processing and assembly come as the first among all the collaborations between CHMC and Erzhong Equipment. Thus, under guidance of Japan PTJ supervisor, CHMC and Erzhong Equipment have worked together to efficiently solve all sorts of problems arising on the site. The effective cooperation between Japan and their Chinese partner has vigorously pushed forward the development of the project

After the joint inspection, the rack, flying-sheer drum and other relevant fittings of the settled breadth machine were dismounted and shipped to Mexico.
