Fifty Percent of Project Building Has Been Completed for Laos Nam-Ngum-4 Hydropower Station

With united efforts of the project team of Laos Nam-Ngum-4 in confronting difficulties at the front line, they also work hard to ensure full implementation, security and quality of the project while making effective prevention for novel coronovirus pneumonia outbreak. Recent days are hearing another good news from the project site: 50% of project building has been finished for Laos Nam-Ngum-4 hydropower station, which has already passed site assessment of the Inspection Commission for Project Progress of State Grid Corporation of Laos. The smooth completion of the assessment work of the overall project progress has laid a solid foundation for its complete success in good quality within the project deadline.

 On 20th February this year, Bagana, the chief inspector and assessor of the Inspection Commission for Project Progress of State Grid Corporation of Laos, carefully checked the construction of dam, water diversion and building. The Nam-Ngum-4 hydropower project department reported building progress, quality control, security, environmental protection and fulfilling of social responsibility of the project in detail. The assessment committee, project client supervisor and Nam-Ngum-4 hydropower station collectively signed the assessment authentication document of project progress.

Bagana offered full approval to the project building of Nam-Ngum-4 hydropower station and appreciation to the efforts of all project workers.
