Recently, the thermal power cylinder undertaken by Erzhong Equipment(one of manufacturing subsidiaries of SINOMACH-HE) for SKODA successfully passed acceptance, making the advanced delivery of products possible. The successful collaboration between Erzhong Equipment and SKODA in their first business deal has laid a solid foundation for the two companies for further cooperation.

To ensure successful delivery of products, Erzhong Equipment set up the project management team consisting of business backbones in every sector. Implementing the concept of early preparation in the work, the project team in Erzhong Eequipment embarked on the planning of project before signing the contract, including assessing the project risks and formulating measures.

In the project operation, the project team ensured effective and efficient implementation of every step in the project. Finally, the thermal power cylinder passed the evaluation in terms of both hardware and software on November 20th, 2019.
