Recently, the single power station of 600,000-ton per year semi-coke has been successfully connected to the national grid, with every index exceeding expectation. With support from the resources, location, transportation, industrial advantage, Shenmu Beihai Coal Power Co., Ltd. has invested 370 million Yuan in setting up 600,000 ton per year production line, 1*30MW surplus energy and supporting coal washing workshop section. The semi-coke production line was put into production on June 28^th 2019, with the use of four SH4080 internal heating carbonization furnaces and a combination of indirect and direct gas purification recovery process, which is secure, environment-friendly, mature and advanced. This vertical carbonization furnace，which has been upgraded based on the experience of both domestic and foreign carbonization furnace production and operation, is characteristic of high thermal efficiency, high production capacity, low temperature of furnace top, high productivity of tars, low investment, simple operation and clean production. The successful grid-connection will witness positive economic and social impacts with expected annual total industrial output of 600,000,000 yuan, expected profit of over 30 million yuan and expected new employment of over 200 people.
